Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can ask XINGCHEN MANJING AI ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD. ("Xingchen Manjing", "we", "us") to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data we receive when you connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or TikTok advertising accounts to LX_AdPilot, our advertising management platform. For how we handle personal data generally, see our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnect LX_AdPilot

You can stop LX_AdPilot from receiving new data at any time. On Facebook:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites (shown as Business integrations for business tools).
3. Find LX_AdPilot in the list and select Remove.

On TikTok, revoke LX_AdPilot's authorisation in your TikTok for Business account.

Disconnecting stops further data sharing. To delete data we have already received, also submit a deletion request as described below.

2. Request deletion of your data

Send an email to contact@xmaient.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• your name and the email address associated with your use of our services;
• the advertising accounts you connected (Meta or TikTok) and your name or user ID on that platform; and
• a description of the data you would like us to delete.

3. What happens next

• We may contact you to verify that the request comes from you before we act on it.
• Once verified, we delete the personal data covered by your request from our active systems within 30 days and confirm by email.
• Copies held in routine backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

4. Data we may need to keep

We may retain limited information where required by law (for example, transaction and accounting records), to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud and abuse, and only for as long as necessary for that purpose. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you is not personal data and may be retained.
